I'm sure you all new it would come sooner or later. But heres what I found out.

1st Download a Game to your HDD.

2nd Put your game in the Drive and play from HDD

3rd When the game is loaded, Feel free to Pull the disc. (not the eject button, By other means)

4th Play with out your disc, Feel free to play system link w/ one copy of the game.

This works because The Xbox 360 just needs to read the disc when its loading up. After that its done with your disc.

Yeah, I think the 360 just reads the XEX off of the disk, and then it'll run the game from the hdd.

Hopefully a custom firmware comes out so you can put a bunch of XEX's on a disk, so you don't have to switch disks to run different games off of your hdd.

Yes, and when you Pull the HD off, Remove the update file, and plug it into an older Xbox It has the Game file on the HDD<_<

The game however is 4.2 GB, So it makes me wonder where the other 3 Gb went....

That's probably because the biggest xbox 1 game was no bigger then 4.2 I think. It's not playable is it?

How exactly would you open your disc tray without voiding your warranty or using the eject button?

Emergency Eject and Eject button take you back to dash.

You Need to Hotswap them. Design a case that you can do this easily and your covered. And thatnks for telling me it on another site. IDC because Ive never ben on either of those sites. It wasnt that hard to figure out.

It just varies from game to game. Remember that not every game is going to be 7.05 gb, and that much of it is just null padding.
Each game can be as big as it needs to on the hdd. The way it's structured on the hdd is just the same as an xbox original: You have a CON header that specifies certain information for the game, and then the game data itself is split into 170.46 mb parts (the last of which might be smaller).

Oh, well I know that on the nxe dash, the games on the hdd are split into 162mb files, and most of the data is encrypted. Do you know if original xbox 1 games are encrypted when you download them from live?

Also I don't think that MS is holding the games in con containers. I heard that in the first file it starts with vePx. That may be a new container?
