I've heard about this from my friends. Did you try different video cables?

I had the same problem, I bought new video cables and had no success. I sent it back to M$ and they fixed it for $140 because my warranty was expired. Like 3 months after they sent me a refund and got my money back because it was a bad console or something.

I tried the Cables on 2 other Xbox's and they worked fine.

NEW INFO: I replaced the thermal paste and its working great!!!
