Everything else is green. just those two yellow bits.

Is this "safe"? I know their are inherent risks that come with modding, dont give me that. But should i avoid it just in case or whats the deal?

No, it's not safe. Make sure you have autofix on level 3.

Its on 3.
Should i just try a different download?

No, you don't have to download it again. Make sure the ISO is not open/seeding in another program. Also, right-click the ISO file and click "properties", make sure "Read Only" isn't checked.

Thanks! For some reason my spotify ad blocker program has made my computer run slightly odd. Crashing chrome, and making some folders read only when open. Good call.
