I got my new style from PJ, I downloaded his brush pack and made:

Looks awsome! I no what tut. you used also. I dont like the render though, and the vectors look a bit cluttered.

I guess I could its pretty easy, just pick a render preferable a Nintendo one(or whatever you want) download some vector brushes, and some stuff. I will see if I can make one, but we will see.

Place your render in the center and use the brushes in front and behind it.
