I'd recommend an R9 380, but it's out of your price range. Get the R7 370 and a 600W PSU.

The GTX 750 Ti is good enough. I recommend you get a car rather than spending your money on a GPU.

The GPU I have told you (R9 380) is pretty good for your build and won't die easily.

Gigabyte R9 380 and while you're at it pick up 4GB of RAM as 8GB is the minimum for PC gaming.

Don't buy a 750ti its terrible a 260x > 750ti and a 380 is what I would recommend.
