My brother gave me this old xbox and i'm trying to flash it to lt 3.0
It's a samsung ms28 dvd drive
I can get it in vendor mode and regular what not.
But everytime a read it, the dvd key show's all zeros..I'm pretty sure thats not the key.
lol
I haven't flashed it yet cause i'm not a dumba$$ but do I have to load up something else to read the key? A probe or something?
Also i'm not sure what dash it's on. I just tore the thing apart and tried to flash but I can't get the key.
Help please?

I know that people have used a hex editor to read the key when it is corrupted like that.In some cases the ox40EC is the key.I am not so well up on it.iMoses would be the person to consult.
how would I use hex editor? Should I open the firmware file?
And how is it corrupted? It still works on the xbox. I just can't read it. I get no errors. IDK.

I think its to do with jungle flasher. It wont work if you write the cfw to it.You could brick it.You read the .bin file in hex workshop.
