I'm looking to build my first PC, it may be soon or it may be in the next two months.
Also my first time in this section, I don't know much about Computer Builds so all help is appreciated.

Budget: no more than $600, cheaper the better though.
Uses: Graphics, Video Editing, needs to be able to run games like Minecraft with ease (won't even be playing MC, just needs to be able to handle games like that)
Time Frame: No time frame
Part Preferences: I think Intel is good, not really sure
Color code: any colour
Monitors: just one
Peripherals: need mouse, keyboard, speakers and monitor

I don't even know if I can get everything I need for $600...
Please use the Australian Part Picker: http://au.pcpartpicker.com

Alert didn't show up -.-

But here's something you could go for.

Is this ok, overbudget but you get rebates, or do you want 600 before rebates??

I have no idea if it's good or not, that's why I'm asking everyone else.

Also could you please is the Australian Part Picker?

Do you think the lower gpu ($600) could easily run Photoshop and Minecraft on high settings?

Vanilla or what? I have no idea as i have never played the game. Unlikely.

And photoshop is more cpu than gpu bound, so should be decent i guess?

I don't plan on playing Minecraft, just if I decide to play any games on it, Minecraft would be the most demanding thing it would run.

I doubt you will get more than 20 fps at 1080p. Resolution matters and that is a low end gpu for gaming.

For normal every day usage like browsing, watching a movie etc is fine.

Like spidey said, minecraft is cpu intensive. It only utilizes your gpu when you are running high demanding things such as shaders etc.. In that case, I made you something that would run minecraft perfectly fine. You don't even need a gpu for that game. I added in a 650 because it has cuda which adobe applications utilize. Case is subjective. That is up to you.

I get 60 fps max settings vsync on on Minecraft with an Nvidia 9500gt its mostly CPU based.

Oh and thats with a high res texture pack 128x128 instead of default 16x16 Minecraft.
