Need Help!!! Some things are small and smushed together

Please help. Its been like this since I got it. Which was in April.

Have you installed graphics drivers ? And whats the resolution at on your pc ? I can't see a problem here it is hard to tell from a photo.

Go to desktop > Right click > screen resolution > Make text and other items larger or smaller > Check the box you find there > choose 125% and save and log out > log in.

I have installed all available graphics. And its display is 1080 im pretty sure.
