Unsolved Need Help Setting up RTM Tools (PS3 DEX)

I am new to modding on ps3, wondering of someone could help me figure out how to connect my tools to my ps3. I am running on a vpn, and my setup is wired from my ps3 to my pc. Thanks!

Setting up TMAPI can be extremely difficult because most of the time you have to bridge connections between your PS3 and PC, I recommend using CCAPI to connect your tools but if you want to use TMAPI here is a video :

Well I am using a VPN connection so my stuff is already bridged. I watched that video and it doesn't even work.

Try reading this tutorial here, I haven't set up TMAPI in about a year so I don't remember to much. If your connections already bridged, have you added your consoles IP into the actual TMAPI program and tried connecting to it ?
