Solved Need help installing xex with Usb

Just like the title, I need some help intalling xex menu to my JTAG by a Usb.

I have the C0DE9999 Folder under the 0000000000000000 folder, Is it supposed to be in it or under it?
It isnt appearing under my Games Library.

usb needs to be formated to the xbox once thats done move a save game or profile on it just so it can make the right paths for you the open your usb in modio then put it under the folder content
