Need Help installing Windows on os 10.3

    I want to install windows 7 on my mac 10.3. Is that possible? or do i need to upgrade to os 10.5 then install windows 7?

    By the way, im a total mac noob!:smile:

    I'm pretty sure you'd need to upgrade to at least 10.4, but I'm guessing this mac is pretty old, make sure its intel based and not powerpc.

    Yeah its pretty old, and its powerpc. Is that bad?

    Yeah it's kinda bad. On intel based macs 10.4+ it you can use bootcamp (comes with leopard) which allows you to create a partition to install windows to and then you hold shift(?) as you're booting and you get the option to boot into OS X or Windows (or a linux distro or whatever else you might decide to install)
