Ok so I'm on Dex 4.76 and I cannot get any rtm tools because when I open ccapi and connect it says error I've installed the package on my PS3 as well plz help I really want a rtm tool for bo2

If you could tell me what the error says that would be awesome, but here are the most common errors :

If you have either of those errors this is how to fix it :
Go to the settings column on the XMB menu and go all the way to the bottom to "Debug Settings" and make sure all the following setting are selected.

Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting

Once you have done this, Reboot your PS3​
