So I'm building this but I'm not a PC gamer. My budget is probably 700 or 800$.

I'm thinking i should get a sandy bridge i7 because i like the extra power, or get an i5 Ivy Bridge. But is there a huge difference between the two for a non gamer ?
I'll probably go with DDR3 8gb RAM
Not really sure what i should do for a graphics card, and a Motherboard whats the best brand and chip set ?
I know for a PSU ill get a modular 750w.
For a case I want Blue LED fans, I'm thinking a cooler master.
I'm on the fence on getting an SDD or not. Maybe for an HDD like a 1TB

I appreciate the advice, Thanks in advance .

If you're looking for everyday use of the computer, an i7 processor is pretty unnecessary. They're the top of the line processor at the moment and they're powerful for people who want to use them in their computers to make professional 3D graphical art, or anything industrial. Having an i7 and going on Se7enSins or YouTube would be overkill and a waste of money. I would say an i3 or i5 is optimal.

As for a GPU, since you said gaming isn't important, a Radeon HD 6000 series or a GTX 400/500 series would be fine for you. The main chipset manufacturers are NVIDIA, ATI and AMD. I would say NVIDIA has more to choose from, because they have different price ranges as compared to AMD.

As for motherboards, I personally don't see what's different to other motherboards other than the BIOS. ASUS's BIOS looks extremely attractive, but I see the reviews on Newegg and people say some negative stuff.

I made a wish list for you. I believe everything in here in compatible. Click me. It costs a little over $800, so I hope you don't mind that. You can pick whatever GPU and case you would like better.

Why Liquid cooling ?
Ivy Bridges are Intel's latest processors. The speeds are way to small to realize, but they are there.

I don't see a point in liquid cooling tbh. You should really only have it if you overclock your processor and are generally running hot.
