I have a cracked GTAIV and would like to play with a mod menu and also anyone have a crack where i can play the online version of the game but SOLO?

As someone else said, use simple native trainer. It can pretty do everything but can be quite annoying sometimes. There was a PC version of the XMC Mod Menu released on here recently, try searching or it.

PFFFFT (spit out drink) I'd stay as far away from XMC as possible!

If some one would make a autoloader to load menus offline then you could use them offline besides M$ shuting down the GFWL Servers in July
