Alright. So, I want to build a new gaming computer (old one was burned in a fire) and I have a budget of around $800-$900. Anyone able to come up with a build at that amount? Games I'd like to play are Black Ops 2 and Dying Light, as well as GTA V when it comes out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

No need to worry about OS. Going to get Windows 8.1

I was searching around and found http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YjyHQ7. Would that be any good? It's in my price range and has a 1TB 7200 internal hard drive.
I think the one I linked is better. The CPU in the one you found is older and the motherboard is not very good in my opinion. 2x4gb ram is better because it uses dual channel technology, which is better. I feel like the R9 290 is better than the GTX 970 because it technically has 4gbs of VRAM when the 970 only has 3.5gbs.

Um, the 4590 is not older than the 8320..! Benchmarks and facts speak for themselves, GTX 970 out-performs the R9 290, other than in one or two games, and only sometimes.
OP-If you can manage sub $900 after rebates;

Add an aftermarket cooler if you want to OC. If you're not going to overclock, swap the 4690k for a 4460. Easily add a 2nd 970 in SLI.
