S340 is your only logical choice at that price IMO. Define S is $15 more($5 over budget if you go with the non windowed version) if you can manage it. Define S has better build quality and aesthetics IMO, but no PSU shroud. I personally, couldn't deal without a PSU shroud, after using my H440($105-$130).

Just saying that your CPU is going to be a bottle neck in your system.

OT: 100% the s340, it's what I've got and it's just two clean and easy to work with not to get it.

I would suggest going with the 4590 anymore after it dropped to 180. Also not sure how much he wanted a keyboard and ssd but that might be something to consider.
Do that OP. Also he can add the ssd later. And get a CM Dominator bundle. Ez pz.

4590 is another $15. It's 0.1GHz faster which will make almost no difference whatsoever. No need to waste almost $100 on a motherboard, especially H97 chipset. With this, you'll be able to add another 390 in Xfire at any point. $40 change so grab a kb+mouse bundle if you need, or you can invest in to a small, cheap SSD for your OS. Oooor better yet, hold on to the $40, save a little more and buy a nice 250GB 850-EVO.

Also a refresh. Look at benchmarks, in some cases it's 10fps dif which in some cases might be worth it.

Also no reason for a 750. It's overkill for one 390 and wont support two 390s.

Everything else I agree on, z87 will work just fine in this case.

No, it's not. 4460 and 4590 are both Haswell refresh. Lmao, it's never "10FPS dif". The 4460 and 4590 are literally the exact same chip, the 4590 is just 0.1GHz faster. It's $190, so $15 more than the 4460. OP can spend the extra $15 on it if he wants but there's no need.

I think you'll find the 750B2 will support XFire 390's, that's why I said it.

I was going for the red/black theme that he asked for.
