Solved my rgh 1.2 broke, can i use the same coolrunner in another box

Yes and no.
It's not just a matter of 'plug n play', you'd need other equipment to read and write the console's nand.

wont even turn on, but i know the entire process on how to rgh a console i just need to know if i can rip the coolrunner out of the broken one and use it in a different rgh, also i own a jrprogrammer v2

Yes, you can use the chip in another console. Would just need to be reprogrammed if on a different console, as well if its a retail, you have to do the whole rgh process.
