Hello guys!!! Thanks to the help here I have ascended!!! To the master race!!!

and this is how I feel right now.

First of all I want to specifically thank the two people on this site who had major influence on the build. I got some build ideas from L Legless and C Chazay who who really helped me narrow down the choices between the parts. They also steered me in the right direction in regards to the quality of the parts. the post where the advice was given is here.

I built this PC mainly for streaming high quality video and audio to Twitch, and for playing awesome games. Not to mention that I am a CS Major in college going for game development, so this computer will aid me in my endeavors for quite some time.

Proof that I own this equipment

Lets start with what I see!

Then we will take a look at the PC Specifications List located here

We can start with the case in it's entirety with all panels on.

Now lets get a close up of what everything looks like installed into the Motherboard.

Lastly we can look at the other side of the case, where the fan hub and Drive bays are located!

Hopefully you guys enjoyed seeing the build! As much as I enjoy playing games on this PC and taking the time to build it. If anyone wants to play some awesome games with me my Steam name is UnScottable. One more thing, seeing as how I am an obsessed PC Owner now, you can bet your *** that the next card is a GTX 980 Ti. Then I can SLI those b****es! Mwahahahaha!!!:devil:

Thanks a ton for the help guys and game on!!!

Damn Lincoln looks good with sunglasses.

Your heatsink is on sideways. If you put the fan on the bottom instead of the top and have the hot air vent out the exhaust fans your PC might stay a little cooler

Looks like a good setup man! Now you just need a new mechanical keyboard. Also are you fan of Geoff from Twitch? I see the good vibes sticker, looks like one from his stream.

Yes.. Yes he does

And as far as the heatsink goes, yes it is on sideways. But I haven't noticed anything wrong with my CPU temperatures. An Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Stress Test executed with 0 errors, and the max temperature that I saw was 60 degrees Celsius. also when playing Witcher 3 at max graphical fidelity (With a sweetFX mod installed) I get a solid 60 FPS. With a max temp of 58 degrees Celsius. Not to mention this thing crushes CS:GO at 260-280 fps. It blows my mind. The heatsink was a b**** to put on, and I would have to ponder trying to move it at all lol :roflmao: It was a pain in the arse. The case also has a total of 4 fans, if I remember correctly. And it sits next to the AC vent in my house. So far she's been cool as a cucumber, if i notice anything then rotating the heatsink will be the first thing i try.

I didnt know that the good vibes was associated with him specifically but yes i am a fan of the things that he does. Mainly in RollPlay with JP, and his impact on eSports with EG.

also I plan to get this keyboard as soon as i can afford it: keyboard link

Different Geoff, the one I'm thinking of is a speedrunner. Twitch.tv/geoff

I know who you are talking about though, I'm a big fan of JP as well. WASD has some great keyboards, they are pricey though. I got lucky and found a K70 on sale a couple of months ago for $70. I bought it even though I didn't need it just because it was cheap.

Yes they are pricey but at the end of the day if I buy another keyboard I'm going to all out
Because why not? X) with a $2,000+ conputer I might as well have a 160 dollar keyboard hahaha

Good rig but if your planning SLI 980 TI I wouldn't Nvidia doesn't have good GPU scaling on high resolutions until NVLink comes out which is going to be Pascal+ only not Maxwell. Single 980ti is good dual 980ti not so good.

Also your 980 will max out everything until the 1080ti (obviously renamed) is out with HBM gen 2 and NVlink.

Awesome!

but, one problem, you actually have your CPU cooler sitting the wrong way. It should be like this: http://i.imgur.com/jld8qVe.jpg
That's what N Noumenon said...now that I see the picture it makes sense. It's actually in the way of slot one of my memory. If I turn it the fans will be more efficient and it will make room for slot one:smile: .
Thanks guys.

It's a bit pricey but I've had no issues. Well worth the money!
Nice man I really want a PC now.
I know what you mean. I was inspired by some of the builds on this site.

Pascal (Nvidia) & Winter Isles (AMD) will be the biggest enhancements in a long time for GPU we will have more Vram and huge bandwidth due to HBM Gen 2 memory we will also have full DX12 Tier 3 Nvidia cards caught up to AMD finally with NVLink to copy AMD's XDMA we have not heard much about what AMD will be adding but my bet is Nvidia coming back on top with Pascal after Fiji passes Maxwell and Winter Isles I don't really picture competing with Pascal as HBM is going to be fixing more of Nvidia's bottlenecks more than AMD.

All speculation about Pascal & Winter Isles performance.
