There are tools out there, but many people can't make a legit tool and many of them have bugs or rats/keylogs. Whatever. The MW2 Cvar tool as stated above is a good tool or just using plain ol' HxD. There is a tutorial on XboxMB, but you can just Google it. Dont wanna advertise.
