Solved MW2 Update Loop! Help Plase?

Please Help when I launch my mw2 its fine but when I try to sign in to XBL it prompts me to update a 4MB update and when I press update it goes through and then keeps looping if anyone with or knows about this problem please help!

are you by chance using a mod menu, and if so it could be outdated, meaning that its for a earlier TU.

yes I am if so how would I resolve the problem just delete the patch.file and get a updated one? 
Also what TU should i be using? Could you by chance send me the Title update files need

i believe mw2 is on TU8, also depending on the menu you are using. if it is a older menu it is most likely, gonna need to be a older TU that you add.

what menu do you have install my chance.
