Solved Mw2 Menus not giving me host?

Can anyone tell me why when I attempt to host most menus like iKonroi or Breaking Point I am not given host on my modded xbox. It usually gives host to some random player in the lobby or nobody at all. Idk what to do or how to fix it.

Ninja menu turns on rainbow GT but I dont edit the letter or anything like that
