Multiplayer mod request?

ok, i got the superspeed and points mod for the gears of war 2 multiplayer mode but i was wondering if any of these mod can work if you are off host? i remember seeing someone posting that some stuff work off host, if so which? and can anyone do a pack for off host?

Nope.
Off host mods dont work.
The only thing i have heard of is that you can do a mod that makes your shots a little bit stronger but not much off host.

Jeez if your going to a hacking site atleast make a different username so people from other sites wouldn't know who it is.
