Mod GoW 2 with one simple program

This program is like dothalo. For yous who don't know, dothalo was a program that modified halo map files for you so you don't have to go through all the hassle of manually hex editing.

First download this>>

RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting

Then run it.

1.First open up your "Coalesced_int.bin"
2.Then up your "Xbox360TOC.txt"
3.Now mod away.
4.To mod Multiplayer things such as
Characters navigate to >> \GearGame\Config\GearPawnMP.ini
5.Then scroll down pretty far to the end of the expanded list and modify the character you want with MP at the end.
6. So Carmine would be >> GearGameContent.GearPawn_COGCarmineMP.
7.Now on the right side you can change the health, the run and health recharge.
Do the above steps for other characters.

Now for weapon mods such as shotty.
1.Find \GearGame\Config\GearWeaponMP.ini
2.Now scroll down until you find the weapon you want.
3.So to modify the shotgun you would
navigate here in the expanded list >> GearGame.GameWeap_Shotgun.
4.Now you can modify anything you want on the right side. Clip size, number of clips, extra ammo etc..
5.Now perform the same thing on the other weapons.

Things to know.
1.This will put the new MD5 in wrong with all caps so make sure you do it yourself so they are all lowercase.
2.Make sure you click save from the file menu when your done.
3.If you go to insert it with wx360 and it says too large then remember this.
If your changing a dependency that is one digit then leave it as one digit because if you make it two digits then you added an extra byte which is not allowed.
Alternatively you can navigate your way to campaign and make some sets of digits to one "0" so digits are removed and you can add in extra bytes.

I know, I seen the thread but it look dead and I see see so many threads about manually hex editing and the developers thread didn't tell you how to use it. So I figured I shared. Oh and when it puts the new MD5 in its all in caps so you have to manually do it anyway.

I'm already aware of what it does because it's a AIO gears tool ... Like I said it apposes no use to me because it wont open my files so I manually do everything myself . Besides there is no real work being done if all your doing is having some program do it for you .

Alright well you seem to know how to mod GoW 2 quite well. So when I'm done modding the .bin how do I rehash it? And when I'm done injecting the files into the iso, I export XDVDFS right? Because I didn't rehash the .bin I just redid the MD5 Manually and then injected both files into the iso, then wx360 said done injecting and then I burned it. All I get is a black screen after I hit play game. If you could help that would be great.

A fellow user on this forum said he actually had problems in that same department , he wasted 5 blank dvd's on the game he was modding and after redownloading a fresh ISO meaning one that is not a bad rip , it worked perfectly fine afterwords . Believe me I've had black screen yesterday night trying to figure out call of duty mods on the ISO and it's just caused by a bad rip .

I was wondering is it possible create a mod that at the end of the game each player lose like 2.000.000 xp???
