Unsolved Mod character

Hi could some one help me I want to mod my siren on borderlands 3 how would I go about this and what software do I need If some one can point me in the right direction thanks.

Not much you can do yet unless you are on PS4 and own Save Wizard. Gibbed should be out shortly for PC. You do have the ability to mod a few things on PC through various CE tables.

Also not sure what you mean by mod your siren. Like are you trying to mod levels? Skill Points? Guardian rank? It would be helpful if you could be a little specific.
