No. The RAM is clocked at 1866MHz, but the motherboard can take a maximum of 1600MHz

Yes, it's compatible. DDR3 RAM underclocks to 1600MHz in almost all motherboards, if not all. You would just have to set the 1866MHz XMP profile in your BIOS, if your motherboard supports it, which yours doesn't.
