So here it is people, Microsoft have finally come out and given us a list of who they are partnering with to offer new TV services across the globe with the new dashboard hitting us this fall. Below is the list taken straight from Major Nelson's blog. You may also want to note that it will be rolling out this holiday.

Today we are happy to announce plans to roll out the next generation of TV entertainment on Xbox LIVE. We have nearly 40 world class TV and entertainment providers coming to Xbox LIVE including: Bravo, Comcast, HBO GO, Verizon FiOS and Syfy in the U.S.; BBC TV and radio in the U.K.; Telefónica in Spain; Rogers On Demand in Canada; Televisa in Mexico; ZDF in Germany; and MediaSet in Italy, that will begin rolling out to consoles in more than 20 countries this holiday.

I for one am very happy about this. In the UK we have Sky Go offered to us by BSkyB but it does cost us a nice Sky Subscription. With the new partnership we can expect a few more channels on our XBOXs.

The XBOX 360 is transforming into a great Home Media device. We can play video games, listen to music, stream content from our PC and over the web and now we are getting a wide selection of Live TV channels/networks.

So who is looking forward to this?
