Not bad.
I'd do something different with the border, though. It takes away from the rest of the picture. (Its distracting.)

Try a solid black border, same pixel width.

Yea, Xpargas is right, it does look like her head got chopped off, try going from waist up.

hmm i would give probably 6/10 but because it looks like she is taking it from behind ill give it a 9/10.

on the updated one. it is good. but erase the stuff off of her face. its the focal. its supposed to pop out. if you have brushes on the focal, it defeats the purpose of the focal. maybe a different color of megan fox instead of just one color

The first version is meh and as everyone else said her head looks like it's free floating.
Updated version is better but defineitly erase what's on her face, it tends to draw eyes away from the focal thus ruining the signature.
Try doing more with your signatures it looks like you just made a BG with some brushes and did a few things to the render.
Overall it's not bad 7/10
