3. Dive in water

4. Wait in water or go AFK

5. Profit

yup, since day one of the DLC, nothing new since it was released 
This is always work since day one of the game in story mode, so I really don't see anything new in this

If it take about as long as the job-method: half an hour aprox. for full stat.

Away From Keyboard, meaning it can be done when you are away (Often using a rubberband on one of the sticks to avoid getting idled out and kicked by the game).

Great guide! I personally just like wearing the suit, so having a maxed out lung capacity wouldn't really affect me either way

Oh, no. I wasn't referring to the full gear. I just wear the wet suit, and when you start swimming, it puts the rest of the gear on you!
