Will they update the map size in a update? or will I have to start a new server if they make the map bigger

IF they go ahead and update the map size (which I personally believe is very unlikely) it may require a new world. I don't know the capabilities of 4J.

Unfortunately, there will most likely be very few worlds that will feature every available biome. Maybe they'll break down the coding and cause the biomes to be smaller? Again, I don't know their limitations.
