Discussion map pack 3 code for 1 month- fair?

i won a giveaway of the map pack 3 (stickskills) ......... after i already bought it. i dont need it so i was going to give it to my friend and he offered a 1 month code for it. i feel kinda bad cause i think 1 month is a little more valuable money wise than the map pack? i think? i dont want to rip him off or dont want to feel like that.

Umm, In the uk 1 month is 5, and the map pack is about 7. So he is getting the better deal.
