Loyalty packs?

so i have another account which had loyalty packs i got nothing from the but i just thought i would delete the team and start it again just to see if it would give me more you never no anyway i loaded ultimate team up and said "welcome back to fut! as you are a returning user we are giving you 2 free player packs.you can find them in the my packs section of the store. so i look in the store and there not there but before on a different account when the game first came out i tried deleting the team after i got the packs and it didnt give me that message. this could be something but maybe not what you think? bit of a long question sorry.

I tried to make the game give me the loyalty packs while doing the deleting club method of making coins and I can't get it to work. I belive it's a bust.

yh i no that but i didnt say there was 2 pack waiting for me on a other account that i did the same on
