I wanna loop through a website that is named such that, www.xyz.com/0000 and goes to www.xyz.com/ffff. The question I have is it wrong doing this? I would think that it would create unwanted traffic for a server. Cause this would be 65535 consecutive hits to the same site.

I have a bunch of website i want to look at that follow this pattern:
    www.xyz.com/0000
    www.xyz.com/0001
    www.xyz.com/0002
    .
    .
    .
    www.xyz.com/ffff

Looping through these would cause alot of stress in a short period of time to the servers hosting the site (i.e. 65k hits from you). I just feel like I shouldn't be doing something like this and wanted to know if there are any actions the site can take against me for doing it.

Well your technically flooding a website, which aint to friendly.

Super super super super easy to make but i dont recommend it unless you want to get hated by the people you spam.
