First you need to get a mod menu for CEX i suggest going to NGU and getting the 16 scripts which their are some pretty cool ones. It's easy to setup it and install etc. But do you have GTA 5 backup in Multiman? also what is the game region? like is it BLES or BLUS. Because their are some mods just for BLES region only.
You just load GTA 5 through Multiman then when it return you to xmb. You go to Psn Patch and press x to disable your CFW to make it less detected when playing online on your CFW. You can click here for Psn Patch if you don't have it. Then after you disable your CFW you boot GTA 5 from the xmb it let it load through story mode. Then you press ps button sign in then wait 2 sec then sign back out. Then you press start then go to GTA Online then sign in and go to online session. You will have to do these steps when you have a mod menu install otherwise you get the timed out message due to modded files.

That's because their isn't an update for GTA 5 1.26 you need to look for "GTA 5 1.25 CEX Mod Menu."
