Looking to be able to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Design) also want to be able to Video Edit (Sony Vegas, Premier). Wanting to be able to also Multiplayer Gaming (Modern Warfare, Minecraft, Fortnight, Snowrunner, etc)

**If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)**

Life Life First, I'd like to say that I am OFFENDED that I was NOT tagged

Regardless, I decided to be kind and help you this time.

If you'll want better gaming performance than rendering, I'd suggest you go with the i7-10700k as it usually performs around 15% better than the 3900x in games.

If you'll mainly be doing rendering and such, then I'd go with the 3900x.

They're both almost exactly the same price so it really comes down to what you'll be doing with your PC most of the time.
EDIT: Keep in mind that both Nvidia and AMD have announced that they are planning on releasing new CPU and GPU in the near future so, it might be worth it for you to wait till the new stuff comes out.

It’s been so long since I’ve traveled these lands, I apologize for not tagging you. What do you think of this build?

It's by no mean a bad build but there are a few things I would not buy
-If you plan on overclocking, I'd suggest getting a X570 motherboard instead of a B550
-No point in getting a CoolerMaster 212 EVO since the Wrath cooler is better than the 212 and comes with the CPU
-I wouldn't trust that SSD, it uses QLC memory and has mediocre speeds for an NVME drive. But I can't knock it for that price. I'd still get an Intel 330p though
-I'd just get an Ebay Win10 key for 10$. Worst case you end up having to buy two or three
-You really don't need those extra fans, unless you really want that RGB pro gamer look
