Unsolved Looking For Builders + Admins![Explaination Inside]

So, Hello everyone! I am gonna make a survival server. I need some help:

1--- Finding *GOOD* Plugins

2--- Exceptional Builders (This means people who know how to build)

3--- Moderators + Admins ~ I do not yet have an app ready so, If you'd like to apply for one of these find a good template you could use to apply for.

4--- The server WILL be survival, NO EXCEPTIONS. I will NOT give you ANY sort of block or item.
Survival means to survive and search and craft materials.

Plugins I Currently HaveThese Will Increase As I Go.)

Here are some that I had found that I have used on my server, iConomy, Citizens, World Edit, World Guard, MCbans, Vanish, Craftbook, iChat, and Weatherman.

That is up to you whether or not you use them, and I believe I should be an Admin/Moderator because I have had experience with being a Staff member as I have run my own server and I have been an Admin on SwagCraft.

i don't need to join as i have a 1 gig server i just bought today, and i don't survive on most survival servers if i have access to spawning items
