    Just starting to flash my liteon but i have encountered a problem. When i open Jungleflasher under DVD32 and click the correct I/O port, it shows the lite on with DG-16ds or whatever with the reserved and firmware version but then it instantly gets really laggy and freezes up a bit at points. I have tried all ports on my Via card but all happen the same way. I have installed portio32 and uninstalled viamraid.sys from the drivers folder. Any ideas?

    Also a weird note, when i go into device manager and look at the raid controller it only says VIA RAID Controller- 3249, not vt 6421 like it should be.

    This is my setup:
    Via 6421 chipset in computer
    xtractor 360 with spear attached (spear is working, shows green led when powered on)
    the xtractor is connected to the drive through the power cord supplied
    360 drive attached by sata cable to internal port on via card
    the drive does show up when i open jungleflasher but starts lagging like crazy

    Did you try with the drivers? I don't have my drivers uninstalled. But i also only use jungleflasher for extracting the key and nothing else.

    I Also Did Not Uninstall My Drivers, I Have A HP s3300f Slimline, And I Also Only Used JF To Get The Key And Nothing More, When Erasing My Dvd Drive Got The E64 But I Fixed It And Don't Use JF To Erase Or Write!

    Capitalizing Words Much?

    Sometimes the best solution is the easiest one. Just use dos (iPrep) to read, make the hacked fw, and flash

    Dos Did Not Work For Each Benq I Have Flashed, And That's About 25
    But
    Dos Did Work For Each LiteOn Drive I Flashed!
    LOL
    For Me
    Benq= JF
    Liteon= Dos!

    Or maybe your just messing up when you do a benq... If you can do a lite-on in dos there should be no reason for you not being able to flash a benq in dos.

    Yea But The First Time I Tried It, I Did Not Work. But I Haven't Tried Because JF Worked!

    But Yea You Should Look For A Tut Using Dos, That Should Fix Your Problem!
