Solved Lite-on DG-16D2S - 74850C Help

Well my bro bought the ck3 that came with the probe+satacable+usb so we are confused all i see is a whole bunch of tut's on using the serial cable.

I already took the 360 apart and took out the liteon.

Just need some help on what to do next because my older bro won't help me.
