    I'm downloading frostwire for ubuntu..

    And idk what i'm running that it says i am.. i've restarted my comp and it dont workkk.

    Find your other software management tool and turn it off.

    Make sure synaptic isn't running when you try to use a different package manager/downloader.

    I'm sorry.. i JUST got linux.. so i'm BRAND new to this.

    Go to system>administration>synaptic package manager, search frostwire, install it, and you should be good to go. Don't download software with a browser until your familiar with linux.

    when i click on synaptic package manager it gives me an error message right away.

    Shut down your computer, and do what he just said. It's saying "You're already attempting to install software," basically. If you're unable to find the extra package manager, just restart and install it.
