Lines on my videos

When ever i move too fast i have lines on my video. How do i get rid of them. You can see them a little bit in the video below.

You need to use a de-interlacing program, just google it

Always check your sequence settings and your capture preset settings. You could maybe get away with a de-interlace filter. All video on YouTube plays back as progressive – if you don't convert your interlaced footage to progressive... YT will (and you may not like the results).
