Discussion Leaked Independence Day Special Banner

My past thread was locked almost instantly without notice and I'm guessing it's because I didn't provide an explanation to my picture. I apologize to the moderators and will provide a description on how I found it.

The banner was found by inputting the ID of the Independence Day Special update into a generic Xbox banner URL.

Example (The Xs represent the ID): http://download.xbox.com/content/images/XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX/1033/banner.png
Independence Day ID: 5afd86e8-bb84-44d6-9cad-5b945ab41ae2
End Result: http://download.xbox.com/content/images/5afd86e8-bb84-44d6-9cad-5b945ab41ae2/1033/banner.png

Now as soon as I posted my first thread, Xbox removed the banner and replaced it with a placeholder. I was, fortunately able to save the image and upload it to a file hosting website before this happened just in case.

download.xbox.com is the sub domain to many files for both the Xbox website and Xbox consoles. Since typically no one visits it, the root has a blank index.html and in turn shows up with a blank page or an error. Same goes with others such as prod.cloud.rockstargames.com. Inputted into a browser just like that, you will probably get an error. prod.cloud.rockstargames.com/Titles/gta5ifruit/pcros/dlc_packages.json is valid though and you don't get an error.

Well that and the Op have now confirmed it... I 100% believe the Independence Day DLC now! The Liberator Monster Truck sounds awesome! And so does the Firework Rocket Launcher. Hopefully this is out tomorrow (Tuesday July 1)

Ya man, I'm central time and the updates are out at usually 5 or 6 am, the hipster update was out at 5am for me.

The weirdest thing. I was on the roller coaster on story mode last night, and said to my friend that it's gay that you can't go on the roller coaster or the ferris wheel. It looks like my wish came through but disappointed that it's temporary.

I seriously hope that this gets released. That RPG firework launcher thing sounds sick! About time that they step up the DLC releases
