I have an Acer Aspire 5251
I've already bought a new motherboard and I switched around the ram
It's still doing the same thing (as seen in the video) but it does it about 3 seconds longer since I bought the new motherboard.
Does anyone know what's wrong with it and a possible fix?

Your first problem here is taking apart a laptop. You probably ****ed something up internally.

If the re installation does not work like the guy said above when you took it apart you probably moved something that should of been moved get a picture up of a normal mother board of a acer inspire and your model and look at your or just put your old mother board
And place the rams back into the positions they were and if that still don't work backup your files and reinstall

I know it looks like ****
I just put it back together without the screws to test it

It got lost in the move

The motherboards are identical, I moved everything over to it
And the display won't even come on, yes I have the cable hooked up properly
