Solved Laptop windows 7 boot manger error

So as stupid as my brother is he try's to get a custom boot logo for out windows 7 now when ever I boot the laptop up it goes into boot manger and tells me I need a disk drive I don't have any is their any way to bypass this?

I'm guessing you do not have your Win7 install disc? While booting up, try to access recovery mode(varies from pc to pc I've learned gonna have to google it). from there it allows you to do a system restore, or there is an option to fix boot issues. If all else fails, I'm pretty sure you know how to get your hands on a Win7 disc and boot into setup mode to fix issues.

What I did when this happened to my fiancee's computer was download Puppy Linux and create a new boot manager file. It takes a little time, but it's really easy. If you need any help just PM me or reply to this message.

What you need to do is when it first starts up, press F9 or F2, or whatever it says down in a corner. Once that has opened up, scroll over to the boot list in the BIOS. Move the HDD to the top of the list.
