so i have been doing some research on the antec laptop cooler... I already have the whisper max and inter cooler fans installed on my 2009 manufactured 360. I was wondering if it would also be good to invest in a antec laptop cooler for the 360? or is this just a waste of money? I don't really see how the laptop cooler would work unless the 360 is standing up...

any ideas?

ok thanks guys ... I have gone through 3 consoles and this is my 4th one so I am pretty paranoid about overheating issues as i know most of you probably are.

Disassemble the console, remove all heatsinks, disconnect the power to the fan from the board and you're done. You just reassemble, wrap n a towel, but first insert your favorite game, power on and play for an hour or so. Console cools best when stood vertically, upside-down. If you own a PS3, power it on, and sit it on top of the 360 while you play. This method works better than liquid-cooled setups.

ok ya i thought it would be a waste to get the laptop cooler... I also have one more question for you seniors out there...so I took my older console into a guy that repairs 360's. it had the 1 red light error(the ANA chip). he couldn't fix it so he just gave me pretty much a brand new xbox console. What I don't know is if it is a falcon motherboard or jasper motherboard.... the manufacture date is 2009-05-07 but my power supply says 175W. ?? I thought the jasper model uses 150W power supply?
