Discussion Just Got Banned

Talking in party chat on a normal unmodded tag, and I boot up Halo and I'm permanently banned from Xbox Live. I'm still signed in on one of my accounts and I am able to join party chats etc. Not sure what will happen if I sign out. This really sucks, any ideas?

Another thread complaining about why you got banned? If you mod, you may get banned, simple as that, lets not whine about it.
