Solved Just got a new xbox360

Im perm banned from halo 3 on my account that i was using so i was thinking since i have a new xbox ill just take all my saved games and put it on my new GT i only had 15G non modded but if i tried to put all my saved games onto another GT would i be banned?

No, I don't think so. Because the saves and the bans are obviously stored on two different parts of your account meaning that transfering saves would only transfer the save and leave everything else the way it was.
