If I buy a Jtag and play online and get banned, if then I play on my normal xbox can it be banned for being on the same IP?

2)
I'm pretty short on money, anywhere I can get one for £100 banned £130-150 unbanned?

No IP Bans, and I dunno about E thingys. They're 150$ cheapest I can find them unbanned no cords.
