Boot your console and as soon as you see the xbox logo start to appear, hit the eject button to bypass loading plugins. From here, remove your plugins, save and load your launch.ini, and reboot.

False information, you have to hard-code that in, it isn't a dashlaunch feature.

I'm not sure what you mean here. I never hard-coded in any feature to bypass plugins. It simply has always worked.
He may be eluding to the fact that while that is a feature of the official release of DL, the one that ninja released may not have it "hard coded" in. I know that ninja added additional patches, don't know if they removed that feature though.

Just put an empty launch.ini file on a usb stick and plug it into the xbox, before turning it on. Once it boots, remove the problematic plugin and save your config.

No, you have to code it into your 'plugin' to not do certain things if the tray is open, if you want proof, go ahead and boot with your tray open and use xbdm...
