I figureed out I don't have a LPT port on my computer so i was wondering if there was a way to add a LPT port or use a different method to connect to my PC. b Plus what is the Main or standerd Jtag materiels needed to Jtag my xenon. I have a soldering iron and 60/40 lead solder. I would like to know what type of diods and stuff i need. Thanks

You can use a USB nand flasher instead of an LPT cable. USB is about 6x faster than LPT. Everything you need to know is in this thread .

I recommend using flux while soldering.

I don't quite see where the usb flasher is all i can see in this thread is how to use the LPT cable. could someone point out where it shows how to do the usb nand flasher. I kinda feel overwhelmed right now because i'm new. so sorry if i ask a useless question. (i don't even no what the usb flasher is or looks like.)

When you buy the usb flasher it will come with the diagram for the wiring.

You can still use my tutorial. The only difference is instead of the command being.

nandpro.exe lpt: -r16/256/512 nand1.bin

It would be

nandpro.exe usb: -r16/256/512 nand1.bin.

Same goes for the writing part. I will have to update the tutorial to say that.
