OK, we have a huge question. Had an issue awhile back and never gotten around to fixing it due to the lack of having a fried flasher(currently waiting for a new one) I had a successful jtag but after I was finished with eveything it would not power on. I had tried writing the original nand and it still would not power on.

LITTERALLY NO POWER PERIOD. PSU is perfectly fine I've tried with two others.

Any ideas?

My apollogies i forgot to add i can still read and write the nand with no bad blocks.

Fried it? Blown MOSFETS? Did you try the original NAND without the JTAG wiring in?

The only thing I can think of is that you blew a MOSFET somehow. Can you upload pics of the wiring?

I actually no longer have it wired anymore, not until next week anyways then I'll have two wired up and ready. would it be possible to replace the MOSFET from another xbox?

Yes but they are REALLY annoying to replace and I couldn't tell you exactly which ones would be burned out. Brother Jordan Brother Jordan can probably say more on this.

You'd have to remove and test every one basically. There's no real way to tell which one is blown until you test them all.

OK is it possible the reason why it will not start is because I accidently put the wrong nand on it? cause I have one for a wenon falcon and jasper.

Instead of removing each mosfet to test you can remove the 2 small standing choke coils near the PSU cord.

Still a PITA but easier than removing each mosfet.

Personally, unless it's a nice Jasper Jtag you are trying to fix it's not worth the time trying to trouble shoot the damn things as they are not easy to solder if you don't have the right equipment.

I usually use the hot-air wand but like I said for the amount of time it takes to trouble shoot the problem with mosfets I have better things to do with my time.

If you flashed the nand incorrectly it can also cause the same problem. Can you write the original nand back to the console?

If you can read the nand then it's likely just a bad flash. Flash your last known good nand dump back and start from there.
