Did you recently flash your nand? Do you have a old backup of the nand from the console before you flashed it?

He could have tried to put in a different disk drive which the console wont load games if you have a different drive in and change the dvd key if I have my facts straight

This happens after flashing a KV without changing the DVD key in it. To fix this either reflash your original KV or open your nand in 360 flash dump tool and patch the DVD key in the KV from there.

Hopefully you know your DVD key. Or just grab it from xell

I can't get it from cell bc it don't load all the way an show me my dvd key but I do know it an I have a new kv how do I patch it ?

First download 360 flash tool, there are plenty of downloads on google.
1. Open the tool, under settings pick keys. Then tick the cpu key box and put your cpu key there. Click ok, the app should restart itself.
2. Open a recent nand dump, make sure the kv data doesn't say "Bad Key/KV".
3. Click "Extract" on the bottom and tick "Config Blocks", save it somewhere.
4. Click the "Patch" button on the bottom left. Then tick "Patch Key Vault".
5. Replace the DVD key and touch nothing else.
6. Click ok, save the nand somewhere.
7. Open the nand you just saved, make sure the DVD key in the KV is correct.
8. Click "Import" on the bottom and tick "Config Blocks".
9. Open the config file that you saved in step 3. It should be named config.bin
10. Click ok, save your new nand somewhere and flash it.

The reason you have to export/import the config is because 360 flash tool is bugged, if you edit the keyvault it corrupts your smc config.

If you are wanting to get your DVD key the easiest way is to open Xell by launching the console with the eject button and look for the ip it shows and type that on your pc and click on the get temps I think and it will download a text document and that will have your keys

Either bad CPU key or bad KV.
Did you do the first step? Make sure your putting your CPU in that step, not your DVD key.

The kv you downloaded, was there 2 files, named something like kv_enc, kv_dec?

its also possible that your dvds laser is dying and you could pot tweak it
